He’s helped over 5000 dogs (and one fox!) and graces our screens weekly… Don’t miss Graeme Hall from Channel 5’s Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly at The Big Event!
Described by The Telegraph in 2017 as ‘Britain’s best dog trainer’, Graeme criss-crosses the country helping dog owners with behavioural problems. He’s worked from Aberdeenshire to the Channel Islands with dogs of all kinds. His motto is ‘Any dog, any age, any problem’.
Graeme has helped lots of celebrities with their pets, writes a monthly column in Countryside Magazine and has appeared on BBC Breakfast and ITV’s This Morning. He will be sharing his pooch training tales and will also be answering doggie questions on stage with host Helen Dolphin.

We know that one in five people in the UK report a disability, and almost one in ten, almost 10%, of new cars in the UK are bought on behalf of disabled people by Motability. How can ensure that charging for disabled people is accessible now and into the future and what is Motability’s role in that?
A strategic and creative Partnerships Manager, Emilia Platoni works in the Performance and Engagement team at the national disability charity Motability. Its vision is that no disabled person shall be disadvantaged due to poor access to transportation. Emilia started her career Westminster with a background in local government and railway policy.

Richard Whitehead’s journey to becoming an athletic sensation (Speaker Session)

We’re excited to announce a very special speaker: Nissan Diversity and Inclusion ambassador Richard Whitehead MBE, four-time World Champion and double Paralympic gold medallist.
A World Record holder over half and full marathon distances, Richard is also one of the world’s most successful Paralympic sprinters of all time. In addition to his athletic achievements, Richard has also founded the Richard Whitehead Foundation, which is working in collaboration with Nissan to support and develop more opportunities for people with disabilities.
Richard will be sharing some of his remarkable experience in this session and will also be answering questions on stage.

If you’re considering a WAV for the first time, this talk will help you make the right choice for your needs. There’ll be advice on where to get started, things to consider, the importance of research and how to get the most out of your home demonstrations.
Graham Lloyd has worked at Motability Operations for 3 years, having previously spent 19 years working in the industry with both WAV and adaptation suppliers, as well as Motability Scheme customers. He has built up extensive knowledge of adaptation and WAV solutions, ensuring our specialised mobility products best meet customer needs.

Antonia Lee-Bapty, Managing Director at Euan’s Guide will speak about how to find new, exciting and accessible places and spaces to visit and the importance of sharing disabled access information and how just one review can make someone feel confident to visit somewhere new. She will share key findings and trends from the 2021 Euan’s Guide Access Survey supported by Motability Operations and how you can take part in this year’s survey, launching in the autumn
