Prize draw terms and conditions:

1. Open to anyone who receives an allowance that enables them to be eligible for the Motability Scheme. Employees of Motability or Motability Operations Limited, their families and any associated companies, agencies or suppliers are excluded from entering into this prize draw. By entering into the free prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entry into this prize draw is free of charge.
3. To qualify for the prize draw, entrants must complete the prize draw entry form, complete all the details on the form and post it in the box(es) provided at the event.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted. No bulk or third party entries are permitted.
5. Entries must be made on official entry forms only and photocopies will not be accepted.
6. No liability can be accepted for entries that are illegible, lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or incomplete.
7. The prize offered is 1 x Apple iPad mini.
8. Subject to these terms and conditions all entries received before the closing date will be entered into the draw. The closing date for submitting entries into the box(es) provided at the event is 5pm on Saturday 16 September 2023.
9. The draw will be held on Wednesday 27 September 2023 and the winner will be drawn at random under the supervision of an independent observer. Motability Operations Limited’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the results of the prize draw.
10. Motability Operations Limited reserves the right to verify the entrant’s entitlement to relevant allowances with the DWP, Social Security Scotland or Veterans UK.
11. Motability Operations Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize equivalent to or of higher value than the originally advertised prize if not available.
12. The winner will be contacted in writing via email or by telephone within 30 days of the drawing date. The prize includes delivery to one UK address. There is no cash alternative available.
13. Motability Operations Limited reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the winner in future promotions and publicity.
14. The winner has 30 days from the date of notification to claim the prize.
15. An unclaimed prize draw will take place if initial winner does not claim within 30 days of notification. There will be only one unclaimed prize draw.
16. The promoter of this prize draw is Motability Operations Limited, City Gate House, 22 Southwark Bridge Road, London SE1 9HB (entries should NOT be sent to this address. Any entries or forms sent to this address will not be eligible for the prize draw).
17. Any information requested for the purpose of this prize draw will only be used to enable us to administer the draw and notify the winners. By submitting your personal information you are providing your consent for this personal information to be used for the purpose of this prize draw.
