Join us at One Big Day Harrogate!
One Big Day will be returning to Yorkshire Event Centre, Harrogate on Saturday 13 August 2022, and with a few new attractions to enjoy. It’s FREE to attend, with FREE parking and everyone is welcome!
What’s on display?
More than 70 cars, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs), and adaptations will be making the journey to Harrogate and there will be over 35 powered wheelchairs and scooters to explore too!

Scheme advisors and partners (Kwik Fit, RAC and RSA) will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have about worry-free motoring with the Motability Scheme.
New for 2022
This year, One Big Day Harrogate will be home to The Electric Vehicle Info Hub, where you can ask our friendly experts your electric vehicle (EV) questions and discover if an EV is right for you. There will be EVs on display, plus a chance to get hands-on with home charging units from Ohme and Easee. If you’re considering leasing an EV as your next vehicle, then this is where you can find out more.
Plus, for the first time at One Big Day Harrogate, you can explore and try powered wheelchairs and scooters in a safe space on our indoor test drive track.
Take a test drive
Speaking of test drives, don’t miss the opportunity to test drive a range of vehicles, including some fitted with popular driving adaptions. You can test drive as a driver or a passenger, both alongside a qualified driving instructor. Test drives can be booked on the day by visiting the test drive booking desk in Hall 2 and will be available on a first come first served basis.

Fun for all the family
In the Kid’s Zone, children can enjoy free face painting, balloon modelling and even a bouncy castle. There will also be a chance to meet Scheme mascot Billy the Bear, who will be taking endless selfies and entertaining the children… and adults!
